- Alla Belaya is an accomplished international film producer with a diverse portfolio of over 30 projects spanning Europe, Saudi Arabia, the UK, Georgia and India. Her expertise covers all aspects of Film and TV production, including script development, project packaging, budgeting, full scale production and a comprehensive understanding of international tax credits and debt financing.
As a senior production manager, Alla has gone beyond the traditional role of a line producer, strategically implementing large-scale projects in collaboration with major studios such as Netflix, Disney and Lionsgate. - Wendy Sweetmore is an international Producer and Writer with over 30 years of experience creating original, high-quality content for studios and entertainment companies worldwide. She has mastered every aspect of the creative process, from development through production, working strategically with studios, distributors, talent management companies and award-winning writers, producers and directors to bring projects to life at the highest level.
As a former Senior Executive for MGM Studios, United Artists and Mark Burnett Productions, Wendy created, produced, and sold content to both domestic and international media markets. - Leslie Loveday is an Independant British film producer and financier. Leslie has sat on the Board of 34 degrees, an independent film company based in beverly hills for a decade. Having overseen 100 Million dollars of business for fifteen years as head of sales & marketing at a fortune 500 company; Les’ strength is in choosing relevant projects that are highly marketable and yield high returns On their investments.
- André Loggenberg is a seasoned producer with 20 years’ experience in the film and television industry. He began his career in his home country, South Africa, moving from production accounting and financial controller roles into line producer and co-producer positions. In 2021 he relocated to Malta, where he has been servicing and co-producing international features, drama series, and reality formats. He is the founder and producer at Grand Harbour Production Ltd (Malta) and has built a strong core team focused on delivering projects on the island and collaborating with producers across Europe.

With a finance degree and many years in banking risk management, she builds transparent budgets, cash-flows and compliance across all stages of production. Since 2021 she has led projects from funding applications to release: preparing submission packs (budget, schedule, distribution strategy), coordinating reporting for funders and partners and securing co-production agreements.
